The purpose of JAKMAN's archiving policy is to ensure that published articles remain available for future readers, researchers, institutions, and scholarly communities even if temporary technical disruptions affect the journal platform. Kebijakan pengarsipan JAKMAN bertujuan memastikan artikel yang telah diterbitkan tetap tersedia bagi pembaca, peneliti, institusi, dan komunitas ilmiah di masa mendatang, termasuk apabila terjadi gangguan teknis sementara pada platform jurnal.

JAKMAN supports the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) approach for distributed digital preservation. This mechanism is intended to help preserve copies of published content across participating archival systems and support continued availability of the scholarly record. Authors are permitted to archive and disseminate their published articles through institutional repositories, disciplinary repositories, personal websites, academic networks, and other lawful scholarly platforms. Penulis diperbolehkan mengarsipkan dan menyebarluaskan artikel yang telah diterbitkan melalui repositori institusi, repositori bidang ilmu, situs pribadi, jejaring akademik, dan platform ilmiah lain yang sah.
The archived version should include appropriate bibliographic information and, where possible, a link to the original article published in JAKMAN. The version published on the JAKMAN platform is regarded as the journal's official published version of record. JAKMAN's archiving policy operates together with its immediate open-access policy. Published content is intended to remain openly accessible without an embargo period and may be preserved and redistributed in accordance with the applicable CC BY 4.0 license. JAKMAN seeks to maintain accurate article metadata, including author information, title, abstract, keywords, publication date, volume and issue information, pages, DOI where available, and licensing information. JAKMAN berupaya memelihara metadata artikel secara akurat, termasuk informasi penulis, judul, abstrak, kata kunci, tanggal publikasi, volume dan nomor, halaman, DOI apabila tersedia, serta informasi lisensi.
9. Continuity of Scholarly Access 9. Keberlanjutan Akses Ilmiah
Digital preservation is intended to reduce the risk of permanent loss caused by technical failure, platform disruption, data corruption, or other events that may affect online availability. Preservasi digital ditujukan untuk mengurangi risiko kehilangan permanen akibat kegagalan teknis, gangguan platform, kerusakan data, atau peristiwa lain yang dapat memengaruhi ketersediaan daring.
10. Preservation of Corrections and Retractions 10. Preservasi Koreksi dan Retraksi
When a correction, retraction, expression of concern, or other formal post-publication notice is issued, JAKMAN seeks to preserve the scholarly record by retaining appropriate publication metadata and clearly linking the notice to the affected article. Apabila diterbitkan koreksi, retraksi, expression of concern, atau pemberitahuan formal pascapublikasi lainnya, JAKMAN berupaya menjaga rekam ilmiah dengan mempertahankan metadata publikasi yang sesuai dan menautkan pemberitahuan tersebut secara jelas dengan artikel terkait.
11. Author Archiving Rights 11. Hak Pengarsipan Penulis
Because authors retain copyright to articles published in JAKMAN, they may preserve and share their published work in accordance with the journal's Copyright & License Policy and the CC BY 4.0 license.
