JAKMAN applies an open-access copyright and licensing policy that allows authors to retain copyright while permitting broad scholarly use, distribution, and reuse of published articles with appropriate attribution. JAKMAN menerapkan kebijakan hak cipta dan lisensi akses terbuka yang memungkinkan penulis tetap memegang hak cipta, sekaligus memberikan izin penggunaan, distribusi, dan pemanfaatan kembali artikel secara luas dengan atribusi yang sesuai.

By publishing an article in JAKMAN, the author(s) grant the journal and PT. Haruna Cipta Nusantara the right of first publication and the right to publish, distribute, preserve, display, and identify the article as part of JAKMAN's scholarly record. Dengan menerbitkan artikel di JAKMAN, penulis memberikan kepada jurnal dan PT.
