Submission Pengiriman Naskah
Journal of Information Management and Technology

All manuscripts submitted to JIMAT: Journal of Information Management and Technology must be submitted through the journal's Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.

JIMAT does not process new manuscript submissions through email, WhatsApp, or other informal communication channels. The official journal email may be used for technical assistance or specific editorial correspondence, while submission, revision, review, and editorial decisions must remain recorded through the OJS system.

Official Submission Channel

Authors should use their own personal OJS account for all submissions. Manuscript activities should remain traceable through the journal system to support transparent and accountable editorial management.

Submission Steps

Registration / Login
Authors create or use their own personal OJS account. Shared accounts should not be used for manuscript submission.

Start Submission
Select the appropriate submission type and confirm compliance with all submission requirements before proceeding.

Upload Submission
Upload the main manuscript in Microsoft Word (.docx) format and include supplementary files where required.

Enter Metadata
Complete the article title, abstract, keywords, author names, affiliations, email addresses, ORCID identifiers where available, and all other required submission metadata.

Review and Confirm
Review all uploaded files and metadata carefully before completing the submission.

Monitor the Editorial Process
Authors should monitor manuscript status through their OJS account and respond to editorial communications or revision requests through the system.
Corresponding Author Responsibility

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all authors are aware of and approve the manuscript submission, author order, final manuscript content, ethical declarations, authorship information, and metadata submitted through OJS.

Submission and APC Information
Submission Fee: IDR 0
Article Processing Charge (APC): IDR 125,000, charged only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Seluruh naskah yang dikirimkan ke JIMAT: Journal of Information Management and Technology wajib disubmit melalui platform Open Journal Systems (OJS) resmi jurnal.

JIMAT tidak memproses submission naskah baru melalui email, WhatsApp, atau saluran komunikasi informal lainnya. Email resmi jurnal dapat digunakan untuk bantuan teknis atau korespondensi editorial tertentu, sedangkan proses submission, revisi, review, dan keputusan editorial harus tetap tercatat melalui sistem OJS.

Saluran Submission Resmi

Setiap penulis menggunakan akun OJS pribadi untuk melakukan submission. Seluruh aktivitas naskah harus dapat ditelusuri melalui sistem jurnal untuk mendukung tata kelola editorial yang transparan dan akuntabel.

Langkah Submission

Registrasi / Login
Penulis membuat atau menggunakan akun OJS pribadi. Penggunaan akun bersama tidak digunakan untuk submission naskah.

Mulai Submission
Pilih jenis submission yang sesuai dan pastikan seluruh persyaratan submission telah dipenuhi.

Unggah Naskah
Unggah naskah utama dalam format Microsoft Word (.docx) serta file tambahan apabila diperlukan.

Lengkapi Metadata
Masukkan judul, abstrak, kata kunci, nama lengkap penulis, afiliasi, alamat email, ORCID apabila tersedia, serta metadata lain yang dipersyaratkan.

Periksa dan Konfirmasi
Periksa kembali seluruh file dan metadata sebelum menyelesaikan submission.

Pantau Proses Editorial
Penulis memantau status naskah melalui akun OJS dan merespons komunikasi editorial maupun permintaan revisi melalui sistem.
Tanggung Jawab Corresponding Author

Corresponding author bertanggung jawab memastikan seluruh penulis mengetahui dan menyetujui submission, urutan penulis, isi akhir naskah, deklarasi etik, informasi authorship, serta metadata yang dimasukkan melalui OJS.
