Before completing a submission to JIMAT: Journal of Information Management and Technology, authors must ensure that all manuscript, authorship, ethical, technical, and publication requirements below have been fulfilled.

Manuscript Requirements
☑ The manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
☑ The manuscript fits JIMAT's Focus and Scope.
☑ The manuscript uses the official JIMAT article template.
☑ The main manuscript file is submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
☑ The manuscript has been checked for language, structure, tables, figures, and references.
☑ Tables and figures are numbered sequentially, provided with appropriate captions, and cited in the manuscript text.
Author and Metadata Requirements
☑ Author identities and OJS metadata are complete and accurate.
☑ One author has been designated as the corresponding author.
☑ ORCID identifiers are provided for authors where available.
☑ All listed authors meet authorship criteria.
☑ All authors approve the manuscript submission, content, and author order.
Research Integrity and References
☑ Turnitin similarity is no more than 20% under JIMAT's operational similarity policy.
☑ All sources cited in the manuscript are included consistently in the reference list.
☑ All references listed are cited in the manuscript.
☑ The manuscript contains no fabricated references, citation manipulation, data fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism.
Required Statements
☑ Author Contributions
A contribution statement is included.
☑ Funding Statement
Funding information or a no-funding statement is included.
☑ Conflict of Interest
Relevant conflicts are disclosed or absence of conflict is stated.
☑ AI Use Disclosure
Substantive generative AI assistance is disclosed where applicable.
☑ Data Availability
Data availability information is provided where relevant.
☑ Ethics Approval / Consent
Ethical approval and informed consent are reported where required.
Peer Review and Publication
☑ Authors understand that the manuscript will undergo double-blind peer review by two independent reviewers.
☑ Authors understand that an APC of IDR 125,000 is charged only after acceptance.
☑ Authors agree to Immediate Open Access publication under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, with copyright retained by the Authors.

By completing the submission, the corresponding author confirms that the manuscript complies with the requirements above and that all authors have approved the submission and the information entered into the OJS system.

☑ File utama disimpan dalam format Microsoft Word (.docx).
☑ Naskah telah diperiksa dari aspek bahasa, struktur, tabel, gambar, dan referensi.
☑ Tabel dan gambar telah diberi nomor secara berurutan, dilengkapi caption, dan dirujuk dalam teks.
Penulis dan Metadata
☑ Identitas penulis dan metadata OJS telah diisi secara lengkap dan akurat.
☑ Salah satu penulis telah ditetapkan sebagai corresponding author.
☑ ORCID dicantumkan untuk penulis yang memilikinya.
☑ Seluruh penulis memenuhi kriteria authorship.
☑ Seluruh penulis menyetujui isi naskah, submission, dan urutan penulis.
Integritas Penelitian dan Referensi
☑ Similarity Turnitin tidak lebih dari 20% sesuai kebijakan operasional JIMAT.
☑ Seluruh sumber yang dikutip tercantum secara konsisten dalam daftar referensi.
☑ Seluruh referensi yang tercantum dalam daftar pustaka dirujuk dalam naskah.
☑ Naskah tidak mengandung referensi palsu, manipulasi sitasi, fabrikasi data, falsifikasi, atau plagiarisme.
Pernyataan Wajib

Pernyataan kontribusi masing-masing penulis telah dicantumkan.
