All authors are required to use the official JIMAT article template when preparing manuscripts for submission. The template is designed to ensure consistency in article structure, author information, metadata, abstracts, headings, tables, figures, citations, references, and required publication statements.

Authors are strongly encouraged to prepare the manuscript directly in the official template from the beginning of the writing process. Using the correct template helps facilitate editorial screening, peer review, copyediting, layout, and final publication.

Before Submission
Complete the Template
Complete all sections relevant to the manuscript and remove unused instructions, examples, and placeholder text.
Check Article Identity
Ensure that the title, author names, ORCID, affiliations, and corresponding-author information follow the template.
Follow Article Structure
Abstract, keywords, headings, tables, figures, discussion, conclusion, and references must follow the prescribed structure.
Match OJS Metadata
Manuscript information must be consistent with the metadata entered during submission in OJS.
Include Required Statements
Include author contributions, funding, conflict of interest, AI usage, data availability, and ethics statements where applicable.
Submit in .docx Format
The final manuscript must be saved and uploaded as a Microsoft Word (.docx) file.
Template Compliance

Manuscripts that do not use the official JIMAT template or do not comply with the required article structure and formatting may be returned to the authors for technical correction before proceeding to editorial review.

Seluruh penulis wajib menggunakan template artikel resmi JIMAT dalam mempersiapkan naskah yang akan disubmit. Template dirancang untuk menjaga konsistensi struktur artikel, informasi penulis, metadata, abstrak, heading, tabel, gambar, sitasi, referensi, dan berbagai pernyataan yang diperlukan dalam publikasi.

Penulis sangat dianjurkan menulis naskah langsung menggunakan template resmi sejak awal proses penyusunan artikel. Penggunaan template yang benar akan membantu memperlancar editorial screening, peer review, copyediting, layout, hingga penerbitan artikel.

Lengkapi Template
Lengkapi seluruh bagian yang relevan dan hapus instruksi, contoh, atau placeholder yang tidak digunakan.
Periksa Identitas Artikel
Pastikan judul, nama penulis, ORCID, afiliasi, dan corresponding author mengikuti format template.
Ikuti Struktur Artikel
Abstrak, kata kunci, heading, tabel, gambar, pembahasan, kesimpulan, dan referensi harus mengikuti struktur yang ditetapkan.
Sesuaikan Metadata OJS
Informasi dalam naskah harus konsisten dengan metadata yang dimasukkan pada saat submission di OJS.
Lengkapi Pernyataan Artikel
Sertakan author contributions, funding, conflict of interest, AI usage, data availability, dan pernyataan etika apabila relevan.
Gunakan Format .docx
Naskah final harus disimpan dan diunggah dalam format Microsoft Word (.docx).
Kepatuhan terhadap Template

Naskah yang tidak menggunakan template resmi JIMAT atau belum memenuhi struktur dan format artikel yang ditetapkan dapat dikembalikan kepada penulis untuk perbaikan teknis sebelum dilanjutkan ke proses editorial.
