JEMPI: Journal of Educational Management, Policy and Innovation is a peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to the advancement of theory, research, policy, practice, and innovation in the field of educational management. The journal provides an academic forum for researchers, academics, educational practitioners, education managers, and policymakers to disseminate original research and scholarly studies that contribute to improving educational management, leadership, governance, policy, quality, organizational effectiveness, and educational innovation.

JEMPI welcomes research articles and scholarly studies covering a broad range of educational contexts, including schools, madrasahs, pesantren, vocational education, higher education, non-formal education, inclusive education, and other educational organizations at local, national, and international levels.

JEMPI is published twice a year, in October and April. The journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 125,000 per accepted article. No submission fee is charged for manuscript submission.
