Archiving Policy
JEMPI is committed to preserving published content, metadata, and essential editorial records to support long-term access and continuity of the scholarly record.
OJS and Publisher Backup
PT Haruna Cipta Nusantara is responsible for maintaining routine backups of the JEMPI OJS database, published article files, metadata, and essential system configuration. Backup copies should be maintained separately from the active production environment and checked periodically for recoverability.
Version of Record
The version published on the JEMPI website is the journal's Version of Record. Corrections, retractions, and expressions of concern do not erase the scholarly record; the relevant notices remain linked to the affected article.
Repository Preservation
In accordance with the journal's open-access and CC BY 4.0 policies, authors may preserve the published version in institutional or scholarly repositories with proper attribution to JEMPI.
External Preservation Services
JEMPI will display the name and status of any external digital-preservation service only after the service has been formally activated for the journal.
Continuity
If JEMPI migrates to another platform or ceases publication, PT Haruna Cipta Nusantara will make reasonable efforts to preserve access to previously published content and metadata.
