JEMPI is committed to transparent and responsible business practices. Financial support, promotional activity, and commercial considerations are kept separate from editorial judgment and do not determine manuscript acceptance, rejection, peer-review outcomes, or publication decisions.

1. Revenue Sources

JEMPI is published by PT Haruna Cipta Nusantara. The journal's operating model may be supported by the publisher and by article processing charges stated transparently on the APC / Author Fees page. JEMPI does not charge a submission fee. If the journal receives grants, sponsorship, institutional support, or other material funding in the future, relevant support will be disclosed where appropriate. Revenue sources do not influence editorial decisions.

2. Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based on academic merit, relevance to the journal's Focus and Scope, research integrity, peer-review evidence, and editorial policy. Authors who pay an applicable publication charge receive no preferential editorial treatment, and payment does not guarantee publication.

3. Advertising Policy

JEMPI does not currently accept paid commercial advertising on its journal website or within published articles. If this policy changes, advertising will be clearly distinguished from editorial content, will not be targeted on the basis of confidential manuscript information, and will not influence editorial decisions.

4. Sponsorship and Promotional Partnerships

Any sponsorship or promotional partnership must be transparent and must not provide the sponsor with influence over peer review, editorial decisions, article selection, or interpretation of published findings.

5. Direct Marketing Policy

JEMPI may promote the journal, published articles, calls for papers, academic events, and submission opportunities through appropriate scholarly communication channels. Direct marketing must be accurate, professional, relevant to the intended audience, and non-intrusive. JEMPI does not use misleading claims about indexing, accreditation, impact, acceptance rates, publication speed, editorial board membership, or other journal status.

6. Unsolicited Communication

Invitations to submit, review, collaborate, or participate in journal activities should be relevant to the recipient's scholarly profile and should identify JEMPI and PT Haruna Cipta Nusantara clearly. Recipients may request that promotional communication be discontinued.
