JEMPI: Journal of Educational Management, Policy and Innovation was established in 2026 and is published by HCN Journals – PT Haruna Cipta Nusantara. The journal was developed as an academic platform for the dissemination of original research and scholarly work in educational management, leadership, policy, governance, quality assurance, institutional development, and educational innovation.

From its establishment, JEMPI was designed as a peer-reviewed and open-access journal with an electronic editorial workflow managed through Open Journal Systems (OJS). The journal adopts a double-blind peer-review model and develops its editorial governance, reviewer network, publication ethics, author guidelines, article template, metadata management, and digital publishing infrastructure to support transparent, accountable, and traceable scholarly publishing.

In 2026, JEMPI completed the development of its core journal identity, Focus and Scope, Editorial Team, reviewer pool, author policies, peer-review procedures, publication ethics, open-access policy, copyright and licensing policy, plagiarism and similarity policy, AI policy, archiving policy, and other supporting policies required for professional journal management.

JEMPI is scheduled to publish its inaugural issue as Volume 1 Number 1 in October 2026. The journal is published twice a year, in April and October. Publication dates recorded in the journal system reflect the actual publication process and are not backdated.

As part of its continuing institutional development, JEMPI is committed to strengthening editorial quality, reviewer diversity, publication integrity, article quality, metadata accuracy, digital publishing management, publication timeliness, and compliance with the prevailing Indonesian scientific journal accreditation framework. Historical information on this page will be updated only when a verifiable institutional or publication milestone has actually occurred.
